Statically 是免费静态资源 CDN——GitHub、npm 和图片处理。
⚠️ 状态（2026-08 实测）：
/img/端点返回 HTTP 403——“Due to abuse and high traffic, the /img/ endpoint has been disabled.”（因滥用和高流量，/img/ 端点已被禁用）。图片代理已禁用；其他端点（GitHub/npm CDN）可能仍可用。
