史基浦机场 API 提供航班时刻、到达和出发。认证是 App ID + Key 对（无凭据的请求返回 403，已实测）。

认证方式

• 在 developer.schiphol.nl 注册 → 创建应用 → App ID + Key。
• 发送 app_id 和 app_key 请求头（+ resourceversion: v4）；缺失 → 403（已实测）。

速率限制与注意事项

• 免费层：每日调用有限（看门户）；更多需协议。
• 端点：/public-flights/flights、/public-flights/destinations、/public-flights/schedules。
